今次煮鏍絲粉,,,,

本來影左過程,但部電話食左屎,d相睇唔到:'(

 

材料:

豬肉碎1碗,番茄4個,鏍絲粉2碗,洋蔥1碗,磨菇片(細罐裝

 

做法:

先用滾水煮熟鏍絲粉至8成熟格水備用,,(要加鹽 ,應該無人唔知?

番茄,洋蔥切丁備用

豬肉碎要先調味 (鹽,黑胡椒,麻油,老抽小許

 

先炒洋蔥,炒至半熟(開始透明,小許黃金色)

然後放豬肉,,炒至8成熟

再放蕃茄,,然後再加點水,,,落半匙雞粉

煮一會,,煮至大概開始收汁~落鏍絲粉,磨菇片

再落半匙雞粉,,,多煮一會,,再慢慢試試鏍絲粉的軟硬

軟硬度合適就可以上碟:D

可以伴點芝士粉來吃

,,我自己沒買芝士粉~所以鹽,雞粉會下多一點點

 

第一次做~~出來也很好吃:D

只是做鏍絲粉的時候只下了一匙鹽,所以鏍絲粉少少不夠味

可是番茄,洋蔥味很濃~補求了XD

而且做法也很簡單XD

今天要介紹一款泰式即食麵 :D

話說今天同朋友去旺角,其間去左間雜貸店問路

問完路眼見好多兒時小食,當然要入少少貨

無意比我見到哩隻泰式即食麵,就拎左2包,有2款口味

1款係酸辣蝦口味,1款係冬陰公口味

岩岩即刻試下個冬陰公味,,因為我知自己唔食得太辣

所以就落左少少調味粉~

一入口,,眼前一亮,,冬陰公味好清新,食得出有青檸味

好彩我落得少調味粉,因為都幾辣下

BTW用黎做下午茶真係一流一,,有下次有下次~~
